1. Bingo Games

The statute says that anyone who takes the property of someone else against the owner’s wishes will be guilty of a class 2 demeanor.
4. Pay Taxes on Drug Sales
North Carolina has not yet legalized marijuana, but if you sell it, then you’ll still have to face penalties and pay taxes on it.
This includes any other illegal drug as well, but we’re sure you’ll have bigger problems if you get caught selling illegal substances.
5. Keep Records of Cotton Sales
If you are moving to North Carolina to sell cotton, you better keep a record of all of your purchases.
Every broker or person buying cotton from a producer has to keep track of all of the purchases for one year after each purchase. You also have to record the name and address of the seller. Write down the date you bought it, for how much, and how much cotton you bought.
If you are violating this law, the statute says you’ll be charged with a Class 1 misdemeanor.
While these laws might seem scary at first, there’s only a small chance that you’ll actually be prosecuted. The legal system will be focusing on other larger issues rather than where you bought cotton from.
